Create a profile as chef account on the site to be able to be booked. You can propose your menus or offer to chance to create tailored menu for your clients.
You have also the chance to show pictures of your dishes.

Share the details of your event, indicating how many guests will attend it, which kind of event is, your needs and wishes in order to help the chef to create the best possible service.
If the reservation occur in more than 6 days, you will only pay the deposit. You will complete the payment later, but before the reservation occurs.
The more are the info that you provide the better are the chances that the chef will deliver the best experience possible for you.

You receive booking requests according to the criteria indicated on your profile (availability, preferences, etc...). You'll br free to accept or decline the requests.
You'll be able also to chat with the client to make sure that everything will work fine.
Client
If you've paid only the deposit, complete the payment before the reservation occurs, starting from 6 days before.
It is important to complete the payment, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
Event
Client
The chef will take care of everything necessary to prepare the dishes for the event. If requested and necessary, he/she may also bring useful kitchen tools, such as pots, pans, and others (agree on these matters with the chef).
Chef
Bring everything you need and that has been agreed upon with the client, at the chosen time, so that you have everything ready for when the event begins.
Client
You will be free to enjoy your event without having to worry about cooking, serving or cleaning up the dishes. The chef will take care of all that.
Chef
During the event you will have to serve the dishes, entertain guests if you wish, and clean up everything at the end of the event.You are free to bring helpers if you wish and need them.
We strongly suggest to follow what have been agreed with the client prior the event.
Post event
Client
Confirm that the event has actually occurred, so we will unlock the payment for the chef and he can receive payment.
Chef
Remind the client to confirm that the event has occurred by going to the booking page.
Client
Leave a review about your chef at the end of the reservation. In this way you will help the chef strengthen his credibility and orient other customers by offering testimony of your experience.
Share what you liked most about the experience, such as the quality of the food, the presentation of the dishes, and the attention to details, etc.
Chef
Give a review to the client after the event has ended. The client will also do the same. Reviews help build trust, transparency, and a Flarechef community based on respect and quality shared experiences.
Constructive feedback helps to continuously improve service for everyone.
